Warranty
A complete Limited Warranty set of Terms and Conditions is included with every bed purchase. This complete Limited Warranty constitutes the entire Warranty and supersedes all prior offers, verbal representations, negotiations, or other understandings related to products and services.
GoldenRest Supreme
Warranty is 10 years from the date of purchase, we shall repair or replace, at our option, any defect in workmanship or material to the metal frame assembly, bases box and plywood sections.
Electrical Components 1/5/15 Years
Warranty is for a period of fifteen (15) years from the date of purchase, they shall repair or replace, at their option, any defect in workmanship or material in all electrical components, i.e.; lift actuating motors, massage motors, hand held controls and electrical control box. During the first year after purchase, they will make necessary repairs or replace, at their option, the parts without charge. During the first second through the fifth year after purchase, they will make necessary repairs or replace, at their option, the parts excluding labor and transportation cost, without charge. After the fifth year they shall repair or replace, at their option, any defective part, with a charge to the purchaser of one-fifteenth of the price or a like item at the time of adjustment, times the number of years owned.

Luxury Latex - 15 Year non-prorated Limited Warranty.
Luxury Pillow Top Mattress - 15 Year Limited Warranty, 2 Years non-prorated, balance prorated.
Supreme and Deluxe Inner-Spring - 15 Year Limited Warranty, 1 Year non-prorated, balance prorated.
TERMS APPLICABLE TO WARRANTIES
GOLDEN will, at its option, repair and / or replace the defective parts and
/ or components provided that the warranty parts have not been subjected to misuse, abuse or improper service by the consumer, have not been damaged in transit or handling and / or have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized representatives.
This warranty does not include costs for unnecessary service calls, i.e., in-home service calls solely for the purpose of educating the consumer about the product, or finding an unsatisfactory power connection, etc. Please refer to weight capacity chart at place of purchase for specifics.

GOLDEN shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or for any other damage or loss not contained in this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.
The in-home service portion of this warranty is valid in all 50 states, the Canadian Provinces, and Puerto Rico.
